We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and HR documentation. It is an excellent chance for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR compliance activities.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and processes.




- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
