Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete tendering and contract award process.
- Prepare, review, and issue work orders and contract documents.
- Conduct rate analysis for civil and finishing works.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for contract execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Work efficiently using ERP/software platforms such as SAP, Farvision, or similar systems.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
