Role Summary

We are looking for an entrepreneurial business leader to establish and scale our international business. The role requires ownership of export sales, global customer acquisition, market expansion, strategic partnerships and overall export business growth.

This is a founding leadership role with significant responsibility and long-term growth potential.

*Key Responsibilities*

Business Development

* Develop and execute Zycor’s international business strategy.

* Identify and penetrate new export markets.

* Acquire international customers, EPC contractors, distributors and industrial clients.

* Build long-term customer relationships.

* Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization.

Market Expansion

* Develop country-wise growth plans.

* Build distributor and channel partner networks.

* Identify high-potential industry segments.

* Represent Zycor at international exhibitions and trade events.

*Sales & Revenue*

* Achieve annual export revenue and profitability targets.





* Build and manage a healthy international sales pipeline.

* Improve customer conversion rates.

* Drive repeat business and key account growth.

*Strategy & Leadership*

* Build and mentor the international business team.

* Collaborate with procurement, finance, logistics and technical teams.

* Develop business processes and reporting systems.

* Present monthly business performance and strategic plans to the Founder.

* 10–15 years of relevant experience.





* Proven experience in international business development.

* Experience in electrical products, industrial equipment, EPC, switchgear, transformers, cables or engineering exports preferred.

* Demonstrated success in achieving export growth and managing international customers.
