Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Coordinator to manage and track customer leads received from various sources. The ideal candidate will ensure timely lead allocation, follow-ups, data accuracy, and coordination between the sales team and management to maximize lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and manage leads from all online and offline sources.
- Allocate leads to Sales Consultants as per company guidelines.
- Monitor lead follow-up status and ensure timely customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to update lead progress and conversion status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead management reports.
- Identify pending or inactive leads and ensure prompt action.
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with management regarding lead performance and conversion metrics.




- Support sales campaigns by ensuring smooth lead distribution and tracking.
- Resolve lead-related issues and maintain effective communication across departments.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in lead management, sales coordination, CRM, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
