- ttend inbound calls from customers regarding bookings and reservations.
- Convince members to purchase some add on services.
- Assist customers with reservation requests, modifications, cancellations, and confirmations.
- Resolve customer queries related to travel packages, memberships, hotel bookings, or other reservation services.
- Provide accurate information about available services, pricing, policies, and booking procedures.
- Maintain customer records and update reservation details in the system.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
