Plexconcil has an opening for the post of Receptionist at its head office in Mumbai.

The Plastics Export Promotion Council (Plexconcil) is an autonomous institution operating under the aegis of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Government of India.

Job Profile: Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the reception area and ensure a professional, welcoming workplace for visitors.
- Receive, greet, and direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, screen calls, and transfer them to the concerned person.
- Maintain the Inward and Outward Register for all official documents, letters, and correspondence.




- Maintain confidentiality of official documents and communications handled at the reception.
- Perform any other reception-related duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate (preferably Commerce).
- Minimum 2-years receptionist experience, preferably with a trade association or Export Promotion Council.
- Experience in front desk or reception area management.
- Proficiency in MS Office required.
- Age: 21–30 years.

Salary

- As per industry norms and eligibility.
