We are looking for a Sitecore Configuration Analyst – Digital (also known as a Digital Content Producer) with hands-on experience in Sitecore CMS, digital content management, website configuration, and publishing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage website content updates, configuration, testing, and publishing using Sitecore CMS.
- Configure and maintain Sitecore Personalization Rules.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and technical teams for content implementation and API integrations.
- Perform content validation and website testing before publishing.
- Maintain metadata, page structure, and content quality.
- Monitor website performance using analytics and support continuous improvements.
- Support release activities through Azure DevOps.

Required Skills & Experience




- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Sitecore CMS or any enterprise CMS.
- Strong understanding of digital content management, metadata, and website analytics.
- Experience with content updates, testing, and publishing.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, APIs, Azure DevOps, and up-to-date web technologies.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Experience working with designers, developers, and technical teams.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SEO best practices and digital accessibility.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools is a plus.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
