We're Hiring – Site Engineer

Blue Pillar Madras Construction Company Pvt. Ltd.

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team and ensure the successful execution of our residential and commercial projects.

Position

Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.




- 2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
