Position: Dental Assistant
Location: Dazzle Dental Clinic, Mumbai

About the Role

Dazzle Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and skilled Dental Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical assisting skills, excellent sterilization protocols, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to advanced dental procedures and technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assistance

- Assist dentists during various dental procedures including:
- Restorative procedures and fillings
- Root Canal Treatments (RCT)
- Simple and surgical extractions
- Implant surgeries and guided implant procedures
- Denture and prosthetic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms before procedures and ensure proper setup of instruments and materials.
- Assist in taking radiographs, impressions, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs when required.

Sterilization & Infection Control

- Maintain strict sterilization and disinfection protocols in accordance with clinic guidelines.
- Ensure proper cleaning, packing, autoclaving, and storage of instruments.
- Monitor sterilization records and maintain inventory of sterilization supplies.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.

Laboratory & Prosthetic Assistance

- Assist in denture procedures, impressions, bite registrations, and laboratory coordination.




- Handle prosthetic cases and communicate effectively with the in-house dental laboratory.

Inventory & Clinic Management

- Maintain inventory of dental materials, instruments, and consumables.
- Ensure treatment areas remain organized and fully stocked.
- Assist in patient preparation, post-operative instructions, and maintaining clinical records.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

- Prior experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental clinic or hospital setup.?(mandatory)
- Sound knowledge of dental instruments and chairside protocols.
- Competency in assisting with fillings, endodontic procedures, extractions, implant surgeries, and prosthodontic treatments.
- Excellent understanding of sterilization and infection control procedures.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced multidisciplinary environment.
