Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate should have strong planning, stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to timelines and business goals.
- Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, QA, operations, and external stakeholders.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
- Ensure quality standards and project governance processes are followed.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews (if Agile).
- Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum,



Waterfall).
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Monday.com).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (preferred).

Preferred Experience

- Experience managing software, IT, digital, operations, or business projects.
- Exposure to SDLC and Agile delivery environments.
- Experience working with distributed teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
