- Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors.

Purchasing & Cost Optimisation

- Procure goods and services required for business operations.
- Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines before finalizing orders.
- Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality.
- Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Address supply chain disruptions and manage shortages efficiently.

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure procurement follows company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation for purchases,



including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Conduct audits to verify procurement procedures and supplier compliance.

Analysis & Reporting

- Maintain procurement records and generate reports on spending, savings, and supplier performance.
- Analyze data to improve purchasing strategies.
- Present insights to management for better decision-making.

Cross Team Cordination

- Coordinate with finance, operations, and production teams to understand purchasing needs.
- Support product development teams in sourcing new materials or components.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
