Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, and ledgers.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation.
- Generate GST invoices and e-invoices where applicable.
- File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GST data.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payable records.
- Manage petty cash and daily cash closing.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for statutory compliance, audits, and income tax matters.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
