B Srinivas Rao & Co. is a Chartered Accountancy practice in Hyderabad with over 30 years of standing. The work covers statutory and tax audit, income tax assessments and appeals, GST advisory and compliance, FEMA and cross-border matters, and financial advisory. Clients include private limited companies, SMEs, partnership firms and high net worth individuals.

The team is compact. Assignments are handed over whole rather than in fragments, and the person carrying a client is expected to know that client's file.

JOB ROLE

We are hiring a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant to run statutory and tax audit assignments for an allotted set of clients. You report to the partner. There is no intermediate layer between your work and the review.

Audit responsibilities:

- Thorough knowledge in preparing and filing tax audit report and financials.
- Execute statutory audit fieldwork: ledger scrutiny, vouching, verification of property,



plant and equipment, inventory observation, balance confirmations and cut-off testing
- Build audit working papers in line with the Standards on Auditing, carrying a explicit trail from trial balance to signed financials
- Draft financial statements under Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013, with notes and related party disclosures
- Work through CARO 2020 clause by clause and assemble the supporting evidence behind each reported matter
- Test the audit trail requirement under Rule 11(g) and report exceptions
- Prepare tax audit particulars, including clause-wise workings for disallowances under sections 40(a), 43B (including 43B(h)) and 36(1)(va)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
