Job Summary:
Responsible for accurate billing, payment collection, cash handling, and maintaining proper transaction records while providing productive customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle cash, card, UPI and other customer payments accurately.
- Prepare bills/invoices and issue receipts.
- Operate billing/POS software and ensure correct transaction entries.
- Maintain daily cash records and reconcile cash with system sales.
- Handle refunds, cancellations and adjustments as per company policy.
- Verify and report cash shortages, excesses or transaction discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams regarding billing and payments.
- Maintain proper documentation of receipts and transactions.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and accountability in cash handling.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to customers.

Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate
Skills: Basic accounting, computer/POS knowledge, numerical accuracy, customer service and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
