Project Coordinator – Education Projects

Location :- Patna, Bihar

Job Type :- Full-time

Salary :- Up to ₹3,00,000 per year

Schedule :- Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role :-

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support the implementation of education projects across Bihar. This role involves coordinating with schools, educational institutions, project partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.

The position is based in Patna and requires regular travel across assigned districts within Bihar.

Key Responsibilities :-

* Coordinate project implementation across assigned districts in Bihar.

* Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions and project stakeholders.

* Conduct regular field visits to schools and project locations.

* Support student onboarding and program implementation.

* Track project progress and submit timely reports.

* Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.

* Resolve operational challenges and support day-to-day field activities.

Required Qualifications :-





* Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, Program Implementation, Client Management, Field Coordination or Education Projects.

* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

* Strong organizational, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

* Willingness to travel across assigned districts in Bihar.
