We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth day-to-day operations at assigned locations. The candidate should be capable of handling teams effectively and maintaining housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor housekeeping staff activities
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at assigned locations
- Allocate daily work schedules and duties to housekeeping staff
- Monitor attendance and manpower availability
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas
- Coordinate with staff and handle day-to-day operational issues
- Ensure proper usage of cleaning materials and equipment
- Maintain reports and necessary documentation

Requirements:





- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision preferred
- Good team handling and leadership skills
- Basic communication skills in Tamil (English preferred)
- Ability to manage manpower and coordinate operations
- Responsible, disciplined, and organized approach towards work

Work Timing:
Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts:

- Shift A: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Shift B: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
