Spenza Tiles Showroom is a growing and trusted destination for premium tiles and home décor solutions. We are looking for a qualified, customer-focused, and energetic Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, managing the reception area, greeting showroom visitors, coordinating appointments, and providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and provide relevant product information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Schedule showroom visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the company's CRM or database.
- Welcome and assist customers and visitors entering the showroom in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Manage the reception desk and ensure a pleasant customer experience.




- Register walk-in customers and maintain visitor records.
- Coordinate customer appointments with the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist management with general office administration and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi. Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM software.
- Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
