We're Hiring: Tele Caller Executive (B2B & B2C Sales)

Location: Noida

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential B2B and B2C customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Explain products and services professionally to clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.




- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Prior experience in Telecalling, Telemarketing, B2B Sales, or B2C Sales is preferred but not mandatory.
