Job Description

Biogenesis Life Sciences is seeking a Technical Product Associate to support our life science product portfolio through technical expertise, customer coordination, and product management activities. This role is ideal for candidates with a robust background in life science products or MBA who enjoy working closely with sales teams, customers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for life science research products (consumables, reagents, instruments, etc.)
- Assist sales and tender teams with product specifications, datasheets, compliance documents, and quotations
- Handle customer queries and recommend suitable products based on application requirements
- Coordinate with Management team for product details, pricing, availability, and lead times
- Support GEM & institutional tenders with accurate technical documentation
- Maintain and update product catalogs, pricing sheets, and technical records
- Assist in product launches, demos, and promotional activities
- Stay updated on new technologies and products in life science research

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biomedical or related field and MBA /BBA
- 0–3 years of experience in life science sales support, product management, or technical support (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with research institutes, hospitals, or academic labs
- Familiarity with GEM portal, tenders, and institutional procurement
- Prior experience with distributors or life science trading companies
