Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the design team, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure material availability and timely completion of work.
- Monitor and control quality of workmanship, finishes, and materials used at the site.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update the project manager on work status.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at the site.
- Resolve technical/site-related issues in coordination with senior engineers and consultants.
- Check and verify measurements, quantities, and bills for subcontractors/vendors.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and proactively identify risks of delays.
- Manage manpower efficiently, allocating tasks to site supervisors, carpenters, electricians, and other workers.
- Assist in conducting site meetings with clients, contractors,



and consultants as required.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in interior fit-outs, commercial/residential interiors, or related projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, joinery, furniture, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and site reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to quality, timelines, and safety practices.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
