Role and Responsibilities:

- Configuration and troubleshooting of Azure / AWS Active Directory, User creation & Policy configuration.
- IPS / WAF / DDoSX Configurations
- Microsoft 365 configuration and troubleshooting.
- Log Incidents/call tickets into Ticketing tools (ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus), monitor incoming.
- Customer ticket as per queues for assignment, follow-up and resolution.
- Cloud deployments and maintenance
- Cloud Health monitoring of the production system
- Experience with Linux or Unix based OS, Windows OS, and Servers with virtualization technology.
- Experience with cloud computing technologies such as Azure, AWS, Google, IBM, etc
- Secure cloud implementation
- Experience Amazon Web Services (AWS) to assess applications, software and hardware.
- Develop, coordinate, and administrate AWS infrastructure. Automate deployments, infrastructure as code.
- Managing and Configure Servers as per required technologies, for (Node, WordPress,



PHP(Laravel). etc.
- Managing and configuration for DB server, (RDS, MySQL, MongoDB)
- CI/CD Project Deployment on servers from Gitlab/GitHub/Bitbucket, with code deploy (AWS/Azure).
- Managing Server and Project level permissions and security needed.
- Setup Webserver with required Apache configuration, and reverse-proxy.
- Hands on experience on different File Sharing like NFS, SAMBA and FTP.
- Setup scripts for Data Backup, cronjobs, log-rotation as per requirement.
- Deployment project with Docker Container Workplace.
- Have containerization, (Kubernetes, Docker) troubleshooting and support tasks.
- Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
- Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems Patch management, software update and monitor the system status.
