Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable PGT Chemistry Teacher to deliver high-quality classroom instruction for students enrolled in the NEET/JEE Foundation Program. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex Chemistry concepts through interactive and activity-based teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Chemistry for Grades VI–X aligned with the school curriculum and NEET/JEE Foundation syllabus.
- Deliver concept-based and activity-oriented classroom sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Strengthen students' understanding of Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry fundamentals.
- Train students for Olympiads, Scholarship Exams, and NEET/JEE Foundation programs.
- Conduct regular assessments, analyze student performance, and provide academic guidance.
- Organize doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes for students requiring additional support.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and academic records.
- Utilize digital teaching tools, presentations, videos, and smart classroom technologies.




- Collaborate with school coordinators and the academic team for effective program delivery.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and curriculum development activities.

EligibilityEducational Qualification

- M.Sc. in Chemistry or an equivalent postgraduate degree.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Strong academic background in Chemistry.

Experience

- 1–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/State Board schools.
- Experience in NEET/JEE Foundation or competitive exam coaching will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and strong communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Effective classroom management and student mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Smart Boards, and digital teaching platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
