Key Responsibilities

- Crafting winning bids, Managing bid process, Coordinating cross- functional teams.
-  Read & understand bid document comprehensively
-  Develop bid strategies in collaboration with the sales, presales and executive teams
-  Identify and assess potential bid opportunities
-  Improve bid management processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
-  Analyze bid outcomes and identify areas for improvement
-  Prepare prebid queries along with sales and presales teams and attend prebid meetings
-  Collaborate with sales and presales team for inputs and costing
-  Prepare internal bidding sheet
-  Prepare final bid sheet
-  Ensure that proposals adhere to client requirements and bid templates




-  Project Synopsis/ Summary making after detailed study & analysis of RFP/RFI/EOI/Tenders
-  To Prepare Cost Calculation sheet & Compare with Competitor bids/Old Submitted Tender/WIN-Loss Analysis.
-  Coordinate with Sales Head/Director/CEO for final Quoting/BOQ Price.

Skill-set required:

-  Valuable understanding of bid management processes, tenders, and pricing strategies.
-  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-  Proficiency in MS Excel for complex calculations and preparing bidding sheets
