Chief Technology Officer

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team in Ahmedabad.

This is a critical role responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and product innovation. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, and possess a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies that can drive operational efficiency, product scalability, and client satisfaction.

As CTO, you will oversee and evolve the company’s entire technical architecture, support the tech team, provide leadership on digital innovation, and collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class technical solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Strategy & Leadership

- Define and execute the company’s long-term technical vision and roadmap
- Support the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high- performing systems
- Research emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies, and implement them where applicable
- Make key architectural decisions to ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability
- Evaluate and mitigate technical risks
- Work closely with DevOps team to oversee all aspects of infrastructure including cloud services, data security, disaster recovery, and compliance
- Ensure 24/7 availability of platforms and mission-critical systems




- Helping in New Business and Client Services on technical front to support our offerings
- Estimation on RFPs and assessing clients technical landscape to define a robust infrastructure

Client-Facing Engagement

- Participate in client calls and meetings to provide technical input, clarify requirements, and build trust
- Customise and align technical solutions based on unique client needs
- Serve as the point of escalation for complex technical challenges from clients

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with team leads, project managers, strategy team, and senior leadership to align technology with business goals
- Translate complex business needs into scalable tech solutions
- Prepare and present technical reports and insights to non-technical stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–10 years of hands-on technical experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in scaling technology platforms and managing engineering teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy standards
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships

- Technically versatile: capable of understanding front-end, back-end, and infrastructure components

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
