Job Summary

Edexe Learning is looking for a dedicated and student-focused Mentor to support learners throughout their preparation journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for guiding students.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with assigned students.

- Address student queries and coordinate with the academic team when required.

- Monitor student attendance, engagement, and progress.

- Encourage students to stay consistent with their preparation.

- Maintain student records and update progress reports.

- Coordinate with faculty and internal teams to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to build positive relationships with students.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
