- Greet every customer warmly and listen carefully to the vehicle complaint

- Open the job card accurately with complaint details, vehicle information and customer contact details

- Prepare a fair, itemised estimate and get the customer's approval before work begins

- Explain service recommendations in simple language — avoid technical jargon the customer won't understand

- Pitch Value-Added Services (VAS), AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and EW+ (Extended Warranty) on every applicable job card

- Coordinate with technicians through the day to track job progress and flag delays to the customer proactively

- Ensure the Quality Check (QC) is signed off before the vehicle is handed back

- Explain the final bill clearly at delivery — no surprise charges





- Follow up with customers after service to check satisfaction and catch any issues early

- Maintain accurate, complete job card documentation in the ERP system

- Keep estimate-to-final-bill variance low by flagging any extra work to the customer before doing it

- Support the Service Manager with daily reporting on job status, pending approvals and parts requirements
