Responsibilities

- Attend incoming patient calls professionally.
- Respond to patient queries clearly and politely.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and call details.
- Coordinate with the front office team for appointment scheduling.
- Ensure a positive patient experience during every interaction.
