Random field visits
Collections of the ED & NS cases

Person should be from the same domain only with relevant experience.
Candidates with experience in Commercial Vehicle Loan
etc. shall be given due weightage
Should have a proven track record of growth
Positive grasping over collections should be there.
Notable interpersonal skills.
