As a Software engineer, the candidate will be attached to the Product Engineering Team which is responsible for architecting and developing backend services that adhere to the product requirements. This role will be responsible for defining, architecting, and developing the product for resilience, performance, and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for architecting and building solutions based on technical and business requirement
- Innovate, prototype, and iterate solutions to achieve Product Requirements in iterations
- Own the development, unit tests, documentation, contract exchange of user stories assigned to them
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and executing the development plan effectively
- Regular collaboration with product management, Quality Assurance, and design teams to understand the functionality and the user requirements

Requirements

- Hands-on development experience of 4 - 6 years using Python




- Experience in backend frameworks eg. Django, Flask, etc
- Data modelling experience in both Relational and NoSQL databases
- Valuable knowledge in ORM/ODM
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and asynchronous architectures
- Proficient in OOP, including design patterns
- Be familiar with HTTP/HTTPS communication protocols
- Understanding of Javascript and HTML
- Experience in writing unit test cases, debug code, code review
- Version control: Git
- Understanding of Docker, K8S, AWS, Boto3
