Job Title: Boys Hostel Warden (Residential)

Location: Staff Boys Hostel, Lulu Hypermarket, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

- Mandatory stay in the hostel and availability for emergencies.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the boys' hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security, and welfare of all hostel residents.
- Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Manage room allocation, occupancy, attendance, and visitor records.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, and mess services.
- Address resident complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor hostel assets and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, Security, and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain hostel registers, incident reports, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
- Report any disciplinary or safety concerns to the management.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
