ERP Implementation Expert – Job Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes and gather client requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage ERP implementation projects.
- Configure and customize ERP modules based on business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
- Perform data migration, data validation, and system integration.
- Develop functional specifications and documentation.
- Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve issues.
- Train end users and provide post-implementation support.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure ERP solutions comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary.




- Recommend process improvements and ERP optimization opportunities.
- Support ERP upgrades, patches, and recent feature implementations.
- Maintain project documentation, user manuals, and knowledge base.
