Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.

Understand client requirements and provide information about the company's services and training programs.

Maintain and update lead details in CRM or Excel.

Follow up with interested prospects in a professional manner.

Schedule meetings or demo sessions with the concerned team.

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.

Assist the Business Development team with day-to-day operations.

Conduct basic market research to identify potential business opportunities.

Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation of client interactions.

Eligibility

Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree (BBA, MBA, or any relevant field).

Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply.

Strong interest in Business Development and Client Communication.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.





Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team.
