PearlSoft Technologies LLP is looking for Qlik Sense BI/Data Visualization Developer with experience in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Qlik Sense/QlikView. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data modeling, SQL, ETL, and data visualization, with the ability to deliver scalable BI solutions that provide actionable business insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense/QlikView.
- Develop and optimize Qlik data models, load scripts, and ETL processes.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Connect Qlik to multiple data sources (SQL databases, APIs, Excel, cloud platforms).
- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with business users, data engineers,



and cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Qlik Sense/QlikView development.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, ETL, and Data Modeling.
- Experience with Qlik Load Scripts, Set Analysis, Variables, Expressions, and Section Access.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and exposure to cloud data platforms.
- Experience integrating with multiple data sources.
- Familiarity with BI governance practices and an understanding of enterprise reporting standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
