About the Role
IVY Overseas is looking for an experienced Canada Student Counsellor who is passionate about guiding students towards their study abroad aspirations. We are seeking professionals with a proven track record in Canada admissions and visa success.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study opportunities in Canada.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Guide students through admissions, documentation, offer letters, GIC, tuition fee payments, and visa applications.
- Stay updated with IRCC regulations and university admission requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.
- Work closely with the application and visa teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Canada education counselling.
- Must have successfully handled and achieved at least 40+ Canada student visas in the last 2–3 years.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian universities, colleges, study permits, and visa documentation.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
- Ability to manage students independently from enquiry to visa.
