Urgent Hiring: Rigger cum Grinder Cutter – Boisar, Maharashtra

About the Role: Socius is looking for experienced and safety-conscious Riggers cum Grinder Cutters to support heavy machinery maintenance and daily operations at our Viraj Profiles project site in Boisar, Maharashtra. If you are skilled in safe material handling and hot work, we want you on our team!

What You Will Do:

- Safely handle rigging, lifting, and shifting of heavy materials, plant equipment, and machinery using hoists, cranes, and pulleys.
- Perform industrial grinding tasks for metal surface preparation, finishing, and maintenance.
- Operate gas cutters and other mechanical cutting equipment efficiently and safely.
- Work closely with the mechanical and maintenance teams to assist in plant breakdown repairs and routine structural work.
- Strictly follow all plant safety guidelines, especially for heavy lifting and hot work operations.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience:



Proven hands-on experience as a Rigger, Grinder, and Gas Cutter in a heavy industrial setting (Steel Plant, RMHS, or Beneficiation experience is highly preferred).
- Skills: Strong understanding of load capacities, slinging techniques, rigging signals, and secure grinding/cutting practices.
- Safety First: Must be highly disciplined regarding personal protective equipment (PPE) and industrial safety protocols.
