Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Post job openings on various hiring portals such as Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in employee engagement and training & development activities.
- Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs.




- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR reports and recruitment trackers.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed and Naukri is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹26,000 per month (depending on experience)

Pay: ₹10,761.43 - ₹30,219.54 per month
