Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
- Identify client requirements and present suitable software solutions.
- Sell IT services including:
- Custom Software Development
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
- CRM & ERP Solutions
- E-commerce Development
- Digital Marketing & SEO Services
- AI & Automation Solutions
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.
- Update sales activities in CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions and delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication (Written & Verbal)
- Solid sales and negotiation skills




- Knowledge of IT services and software development lifecycle
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or CRM tools is an advantage
- Good presentation and client handling skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT software sales or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Performance Targets

- Generate qualified leads every month.
- Schedule client meetings and software demos.

Pay: ₹20,000.52 - ₹35,000.41 per month
