Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for UK-based clients.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and maintain high service standards.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent English pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills.

- Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred.
