Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities in automotive, engineering, heavy equipment, oil & gas, railway, agriculture, defense, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, pricing negotiations, and order finalization.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Planning, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Visit customers regularly for business development, technical discussions, and relationship management.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt response and effective issue resolution.
- Develop strategies for customer retention and expansion of existing accounts.
- Support export marketing activities and coordinate with overseas clients when required.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Casting and Forging manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations, cost discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.

- 5 Years experience (Preferably in Casting, Forging, Engineering Components, or Manufacturing Industry)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
