Job Summary

Actimize AIS Development

Design and develop AIS flows for end-to-end transaction monitoring

Configure and manage:
Channels (data ingestion from upstream systems)
Connectors (data integration and transformation layers)

Build and maintain Execution Plans (EP) :
Define flow orchestration
Optimize execution sequence and performance

Alert & Rule Development

Design and implement Alerts :
Scenario logic creation
Threshold tuning and optimization
False positive reduction strategies
Develop rule logic aligned with AML / Fraud use cases

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4.



To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements

RCM (Risk Case Manager) Development

Create and maintain:
RCM Objects (Entities, Alerts, Cases)
Data models and schemas
Customize and extend case management processes

Workflows & Views

Develop and customize Workflows :
Alert lifecycle
Case routing and escalation

Create Views :
Alert dashboards
Case screens
Investigator UI enhancements

XSLT & UI Customization

Develop XSLT transformations for:
Alert and case visualization

UI customization in ActOne
