Data Scientist (3 – 5 Years)

Work at the intersection of AI and human well-being. You'll build ML and NLP models that power our healthcare diagnostics, insurance intelligence, and mental-health monitoring products.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on Data Science / ML engineering experience
- Robust Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy)
- Experience with NLP pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow)
- Cloud platform experience — AWS SageMaker or Azure ML
- Ability to translate business problems into model objectives
- Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
