We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be strong in MERN technologies and comfortable working with PostgreSQL, APIs, performance tuning, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build reusable frontend components and high-quality user interfaces in React.js.
- Develop secure, efficient REST APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage data models in MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Write complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and support data migrations.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, production defects, and technical escalations.
- Participate in architecture discussions, effort estimation, and technical planning.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and uphold engineering standards.
- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver releases on time.

Required Skills

- 4 to 5 years of skilled experience in full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and error handling.




- Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good working knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar state management tools.
- Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to caching, background jobs, or real-time features.
- Experience with testing frameworks and production deployment processes.
- Knowledge of clean architecture, modular design, and scalability patterns.
