Job Purpose
Develop user journeys and customer experience for the Digital Program in Wholesale Banking. Build and manage ecosystem partnerships to deliver measurable business value through strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Engagement and Development
Engage with wholesale banking partners to identify key products and processes for digitization; Design digital roadmaps and implement product journeys aligned with business objectives; Coordinate with stakeholders to collect requirements, convert them into actionable items, and execute; Steer the development of digital platforms, features, and solutions for web and mobile; Analyze data to identify performance improvement opportunities and drive feature roadmaps; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch features and enhance customer engagement; Monitor customer usage, address pain points, and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
Education:
Graduation from a reputed engineering institute; CA/MBA preferred.
