Job Title: Staff Nurse – Obstetrics & Gynecology (OG) Department

Qualification

- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM/GNM) or
- B.Sc. Nursing
- Valid Nursing Council Registration is preferred.

Experience

- Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following areas:
- Obstetrics & Gynecology (OG) Ward
- Obstetric ICU (OG ICU)
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Freshers:
- Candidates who have completed their internship with hands-on clinical exposure in the OG Department, OG ICU, or NICU are also eligible to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to antenatal, postnatal, and gynecology patients.
- Monitor maternal and neonatal vital signs and report abnormalities promptly.
- Assist doctors during examinations, labor, deliveries, and emergency procedures.
- Provide nursing care to patients in the OG ICU and NICU as per hospital protocols.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapy as prescribed.




- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding maternal and newborn care.
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of nursing equipment and patient care areas.

Skills Required

- Good clinical and patient care skills.
- Knowledge of maternal and neonatal nursing practices.
- Ability to work in ICU and emergency situations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork, compassion, and a patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with experience in OG Ward, OG ICU, or NICU will be given preference.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in the OG Department are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
