We are looking for a detail-oriented Documentation Executive to support the Sales team by preparing, organizing, and maintaining sales and project-related documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing compliance documents, maintaining accurate records, and making basic updates to technical drawings when required. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/DWG and SketchUp is preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain sales and project documentation.
- Create and manage documents such as Compliance Letters, Technical Data Sheets, Warranty Certificates, Test Reports, Quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Operations teams to collect and compile required information.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer and project documents.
- Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within timelines.
- Organize and archive documentation for easy retrieval and future reference.
- Make basic edits to DWG/AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp files whenever required.




- Support the Sales team with documentation during quotations, tenders, and project execution.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of documentation and document management processes.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/DWG and SketchUp.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- 6 months–1 year of experience in documentation is preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in the AV, lighting, electrical, engineering, or related industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
