Job Summary

Collecting the Stock from the Supplier by the Following Instructions

- Original bills
- Batch number
- Expiry
- Ordered quantity
- Checking the damages , packing changes & other changer (Colour differences, breakages etc)
- Arranging stocks in the racks
- Checking the intend (products , expiry, batch & quantity
- Attending phone calls and informing to In –Charge regarding drug enquire, management requirement
- Properly discarding expiry and nonmoving drugs
- Arranging a bills in a order of supplier

REGISTER MAINTENANCE

- Maintaining the Narcotic drug register
- Maintaining the non moving medicine register
- Maintaining the Camp medicine file
- Maintaining the daily Intend register

Responsibilities and Duties

PRIMARY WORKS

- Keeping the store neat and tidy, coordinating with other co-workers




- Ensuring all the drugs are in the respective places, racks, boxes in the required temperature
- Recording the refrigerator temperature, twice a day (morning & evening)in cold chain monitor sheet
- Daily updating the work report to the Store In-charge

SECONDARY WORK

- Performing all works in absence of other co-worker

B-Pharm with

NABH Experience will be added advantage

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
