Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering processes across multiple government platforms. The candidate will be responsible for bid preparation, submission, and improving overall bid success rates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and execute tender submissions on platforms like GeM, CPPP, and various State Government portals

* Monitor and identify relevant tenders aligned with company capabilities

* Prepare, review, and submit bids within deadlines ensuring compliance with requirements

* Enhance bid success rate through strategic documentation and pricing analysis

* Develop and maintain standardized tender document formats for efficiency and consistency





* Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial inputs

* Maintain records of submitted bids, tenders, and outcomes

* Ensure compliance with all tender guidelines and documentation requirements
