Trainer – HR Department

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, onboarding recent employees, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring all team members follow company standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct induction and training programs for new hires.

* Provide regular skill development and refresher training.

* Monitor employee performance and identify training needs.

* Maintain training records and reports.

* Ensure company SOPs, grooming standards, and service protocols are followed.

* Motivate and guide teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Experience in training, HR, hospitality, wellness, or service industry preferred.

* Strong leadership and team management abilities.

* Positive attitude and professional approach.
