Job Title: Tender Manager
Location: Span Media Communications Ltd.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail–oriented and proactive Tender Manager to manage government and private tender processes, documentation, submission, and follow-ups to ensure timely compliance and successful participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify relevant tenders through portals and notifications.
- Prepare, compile, and verify tender documentation.
- Maintain and update vendor registrations on government portals (GeM, e-Procurement, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and approvals.
- Track submission deadlines, corrections, clarifications, and results.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred: commerce, business admin, or similar).
- 5-8 years experience in tender management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good Knowledge for Advertising Agency and Media Agency tender documentation.
- Solid knowledge of government e-tender portals.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
