Job Title: Manager – Retail Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Titan. As the Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail operations within the jewellery division. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our retail stores, optimizing sales performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations & Execution

- Drive consistent execution of retail operating standards across stores.
- Review and improve store processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
- Partner with regional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve on-ground execution.

Business Performance & Productivity

- Track and analyse key operational metrics (sales productivity, conversion, manpower deployment, shrinkage, etc.).
- Identify gaps and implement initiatives to improve store productivity and cost efficiency.
- Support roll-out of business initiatives and pilots across stores.

Process, SOPs & Governance

- Design, standardise, and update SOPs in line with evolving business needs.
- Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and operational governance standards.
- Work closely with internal teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT) to ensure seamless operations.





Store Capability & Enablement

- Identify capability gaps at store and frontline leadership levels.
- Partner with HR and Training teams to enable capability-building interventions.
- Support change management during current initiatives, formats, or policy roll-outs.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a bridge between corporate teams and regional/store leadership.
- Drive alignment, clarity, and timely communication to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in organised retail / luxury / lifestyle categories.
- Strong exposure to multi-store operations and corporate–field interface roles
- Proven experience in retail operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
